I would like there to be a streamlined PayPal Express process

A colleague of mine wanted to place an order and test the site at the same time ad felt the current way the site works with PayPal Express is most likely leading to abandonment given that you check the box to say that you accept the terms & conditions of sale, then you go to PayPal. In most other sites, you complete your transaction in PayPal and then it�??s all done. On our site, Neto have it set it that you have to come back to the site after PayPal where you get a message saying that the transaction isn�??t complete. You need to recheck the terms & conditions box and confirm again. I can only imagine how many people complete PayPal and assume the order is done and don�??t finish it on our site. In addition to that, it provides one more opportunity for a customer to reconsider their purchase and abandon on purpose.
