Requirement for "Reserved Stock" status

Need to hold stock for a particular customer's ongoing requirements. If we stock 100, we would want to hold 20 for customer A. Then both website and manually placed orders would show as out of stock when the stock level dropped to 20, thus ensuring availability of that product for the customer. Always have stock available for the customers placing advance orders.
