How do we edit the Checkout template?

We would like to edit the checkout template and make a simple change to the Delivery instructions field to limit the number of characters a customer can input (so that it fits on our shipping labels).

 

However, it appears we have a Managed Checkout template. I would like to know if there is a way to edit the Managed Checkout template?

 

I have seen a setting in the Advanced Configuration called "CHECKOUT_CUSTOMISED" and when this is set to "Yes" it uses the default Checkout template that we can access and edit.

 

The problem is that this default Checkout Template looks completely different to the Managed Checkout.

 

How do we make simple edits to the Managed Checkout?

Hey Anton,

 

Managed checkout can't be edited via the template. This is to ensure PCI compliance on Neto websites, and facilitate security updates.

 

Currently, the only way to change checkout is through the checkout settings: https://www.netohq.com/support/s/article/checkout-settings

 

I would recommend posting this as idea, so that we can make the engineers aware of the need to limit the characters in this field.
