A major selling point is the ability to return a product if it is not suitable faulty. Currently this can be achieved by refunding the customer the cost of return freight or charging them to return the item. This can be cumbersome and annoying for a customer. (as an ebay buyer I wish there was an automated returns process.) What if our RMA tool provided an option to at the press of a button generate a unique consignment note/Label emailed to the customer that they just drop off at the post office or organize courier pickup.
