Pick N Pack Default Sort Config

Customer find it frustrating that they are unable to set a default sort order for pick n pack. Create a config under Setup & Tools->All Settings and Tools->Pick'n Pack Settings called `Default Custom Filter`. This is a list of all the filters created in Pick N Pack by the user, whatever is set here is the filter used by default when loading the Pick N Pack interface.
