a simple question which i thought will have a simple answer but the system left me confused..
i am wondering what happens to a customers account balance once a not yet dispatched(unapproved, unpicked& unshiped ) order is being canceled in the control panel?
i would assume the customer will have credit in his balance but instead it is going in to minus(even when i choose the calculate account balance option).. i am wondering if i am missing another action i should take in the system in order for the account balance to change to add credit to the customer once his order has been canceled ..
