When you search for something in the search bar at the top you have to select what you are searching for. If the system auto detected what you were searching for it would be a lot easier and quicker. Also if the results showed more information. For instance if i search for a customer it would be good if it showed in the results the customer, any RMAs for that customer and the customers orders. you can still have the option to choose what you want to search for if you need to be specific but i think this would save a lot of time and make things a lot easier. Time and ease.
