Create an API which returns Abandoned Carts by customers

Currently Neto only offers GetOrder, GetCustomer, GetItem, but it would greatly help deepen our relationship with our customers by taking initiatives in their interests especially with Abandoned Carts. What is the beneifit of solving this problem? By knowing the abandoned carts, we can send email to customers regarding their abandoned carts in the Neto store
