We do not print orders using pick and pack. In the morning in cpanel we select all of the orders from yesterday (image 1). We print them (image 2). We physically take the invoices and go and get the stock and then take it to warehouse. Warehouse scans the barcode at the top of the physical invoice into Pick and Pack to find the order. They then scan the items to "pick" them and make sure the proper/correct physical stock has been picked. Then they dispatch the items through PnP. If an order comes in that afternoon and we want to pick it, we print that order and move the order to pack so that it does not show up the next mornings print run (because the filter excludes orders in pack) thus orders are not printed and dispatched twice. (There are a lot of reasons we need to exclude an order from the print run in the morning this is just the simplest reason) It is not efficient for us to individually pick orders using pick and pack. Our system requires that we print out all of our orders. The only thing that Pick and Pack brings to the stage is non-human checking of physical orders we pick. Which is why we are looking for all of our orders to be able to be checked by pick and pack. Allow more specific searches
