i am wondering if anyone has found a way to calculate the purchase frequency for multiple products using neto's data and reports?

there is no dedicated report for it in Neto

 

i am trying to calculate the average time between reorders(from all customers) for each product on the system.. in order to know what is the best time to send a reminder email for a specific product for a customer who has purchased that product based on order history..

 

or even recommend another tool who might help with achieving this calculation

That's an interesting and challenging analysis to do. It'll be way beyond any Neto reports.

 

My suggestion with any sort of advanced reporting is to forget about finding a tool (which will inevitably not do quite what you're after) and take advantage of Neto's extremely powerful export features.

 

Create a complex export of all your orders which have that particular SKU - all you really need is the date placed and the customer's username. Once you've got it as a CSV you can do some serious analysis in Excel. That could be as simple as averaging the number of orders by customer over that period (for a rough idea of how often they reorder) or a more detailed histogram of the actual days between orders.
