i am checking some orders in the studio analytics and some of them detail "unknown product" as part of the order..
what does that mean?
how can i check all order with unknown product name?
I don't use Analytics so I can't replicate this, but is it possible you've changed the SKU of those products at some point?
we are checking import data issue ,with product name, with the suppor,t but just thought i will check if anyone else had encountered this and might be able to give me a direction with it..thanks
