Overdue 30-Day Account Percentage Interest Charge

Can a Feature Please get added to allow us to charge a percentage on over due amounts. ie. 2% Interest Charged on any amount 60+ Days Over Due on a customer account. (Make sure this feature doesn't affect customers in Positive Credit) What is the beneifit of solving this problem? Hopefully Assist in getting 30-Day Customer account holders to pay on-time & cover late fee's charged by our banks if payments are late.
