is there an option to export the dispute information somewhere?
i would like to check how long it takes to close a dispute so need open time and close time in excel
There's no export, but you can use a Chrome extension to dump out the table as a spreadsheet. I use Table Capture: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/table-capture/iebpjdmgckacbodjpijphcplhebcmeop
Set the number of items per page to something large so you only have to capture a few pages.
