Better presentation of options to customers on quotes Opportunity to add line specific notations to quotes Grouping of products per quote i.e. Customer may ask for quote that details several options. If we could put a header "Option A", group the relevant products and provide a subtotal we would be able to provide all the relevant information on one quote. Better presentation and more detail when quoting customers
