Staff User - Access Levels

Hi There. For our staff users, we would like different access levels for sales staff i.e. that they can only see their customers and their sales in the control panel. At the moment, we can restrict access but it we require them to place orders, they get access to all customers and all our sales data. It would put very important controls in place for a business with multiple sales people and whereby only customer info and sales are shown for the respective account manager.
