Order come through as Tax Exclusive
Currenlty, when we place orders through the POS system, they enter the control panel as Tax Inclusive. We are tyring to avoid double handling but this is requiring back office staff to remember to untick the tax inclusive status. We would recommend being able to set up the POS system like the control panel whereby orders can show tax Incl or tax excl. Streamlining of process and avoid double handling of orders once processed through POS
