Allow import of purchase orders by csv

I have a CSV here with a whole load of SKUs on it. I want to avoid having to type the items into the PO one by one.... and then having to check for human error.... when I know it could be done so much easier via CSV import. More time at the beach.... less time manual entering boring stuff.
