Sticky Note - To be able to add sticky notes regardless of 'errors' popping up.

Basically if the order is raising an error, say the shipping/billing suburb and postcode don't match, you can't add a sticky note to say "waiting to hear back from customer regarding address details" , the error will pop up instead saying billing doesn't match and disregard the sticky note you are tyring to add. There is no way to add the sticky note on these orders. But could be the whole purpose of the sticky note, so other users can see we have already actioned/contacted the customer about it.Currently sticky note doesn't work when orders have errors when saving. But the whole purpose of using the note might be to actually bring awareness to other users that we are aware or someone is already attending to this.
