which report can i use in order to see a summery RMA reasons and outcomes for a specific period of time?

a report that can tell me on a monthly/weekly basis what is the number one return reason or outcome?

i couldn't create it using the export tool and i did i fine it in the studio analytics

While the custom export tool doesn't support returns, you can still export them, just from a different place. Go to Sales orders > Returns and credits. Set the filters you want and apply. Then click the Export button in the top right. This will get you a nice CSV export which includes dates, SKUs and reasons. It should work fine for your reporting.
