hi. i m trying to set up the reward program so when a customer spends 1$ he earns 1 point.
when he reaches a 1000 points he gets a 10$ voucher /credit.
i am confused by the setting up and nothing i do gives me this result.
what number do i need to place in voucher rule, use points instead of $. i have entered 1 $=100 points. as the support documents stats this will determine how many points needs to be spent in order to earn 1$.
what do i need to enter in the Reward Earning Rules?
i have no minimum spend in order to start earning points so i just entered 1 in the earn filed... and yet when i tested it out on a 1200$ order i got 1 point!
so what are the correct number to get a customer earn 1 point for each $ spent.
when reaches a 1000 points will get a 10$ voucher/ credit
