We are a wholesale business with retail stores as customers. With our old site (which wasn't on Neto) they liked to stay logged in to the site all day, gradually adding items to cart, checking stock levels & pricing etc). With Neto however, they get automatically logged out after a short time & have to log back in again, which they find annoying.
Options to solve this problem are a) making the max logged-in session time customisable per site (currently it is not) and b) a 'Keep me logged in' feature that customers can tick as they log in.
