User decides the value of a gift voucher

I know I can have multiple options for Gift Vouchers, I have 20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90,100... however, I don't want to have many more. Can we have an option where the user chooses their own value? $125 for example, or $500. I am aware that in the POS the staff member can alter the value, but I'm referring to the website.

I would be helpful too if the message box capacity can be increased from 100 characters to at least 500 characters. At the moment, when a customer purchases a voucher and would like to send a message along, the message box doesn't even allow the customer to finish a short sentence. 😥
