How to display the children of the product category in the menu below its parents on the web-store?

Hey guys, anyone knows how to display the children of the product category below its parent category on the web-store? The children of the product category are currently only displayed when leaving the mouse on the parents.

 

For example, I got a parent category of shoes and its children category are Nike, Adidas and Converse. I know that if I leave my mouse on the "shoes", it shows up like:

Shoes Nike

Adidas

Converse

then once I move the mouse away, the children category disappeared.

 

I want it to display like below after clicking "shoes":

Shoes

Nike

Adidas

Converse
