I am looking to work out how to setup a scheduled export of sales in a certain order status emailed to say me which I can then go through as needed.

Scenario example below,
�
There are 20 orders on pick that are older than 5 business days old, the daily scheduled export is emailed to me which I open and go from there.
Is it possible to do this and can it be made so only selected fields are exported.
�
I am not familiar with this feature of exporting so apologies in advance if very simple solution.
