Has anyone got an in-store loyalty program working successfully with Neto

Hi, we have had a lot of requests for a loyalty program (in-store) but I am struggling to see how I can launch one using Neto POS. Has anyone successfully used a 3rd party app or developed their own which integrates with Neto POS?

It seems the currently loyalty program is only for online orders.

We use the rewards on the online part of the our store but in store sales through POS aren't creating points in customer records.

This feature request linked is 4 years old now...

I believe Hike POS has some a loyalty program for in store purchases, although I am unsure if it links back to Maropost.

There's no API endpoints for the rewards programs. These would need to be built out before Hike or Maropost POS could have the feature.

This has been my number one feature request for Neto for years and years. It's crazy that two of Neto's own features don't work together. We only discovered the problem after rolling out POS across 4 stores - and promptly had to rip out the hardware and go back to typing in every in-store order in the control panel. I've raised it directly with Neto developers and management repeatedly. Every time they act surprised and agree it should be fixed. And yet here we are.

We shouldn't have to "vote" for Neto's core features to actually work.

Neto have confirmed to me privately that since the Maropost acquisition, rewards in POS are no longer a priority. Wherever it was in the list before it's slid to the bottom. Disappointing, if not surprising. Our in-store experience is terrible, with no alternative because there is no API access to rewards.
