Info available through the Transaction log can be sourced to understand the dollar value used, but to better understand the success of the program set up in NETO, you'd need:

1. How many customer points were used during a period
2. How many customer points were earned during a period
3. How many points are currently live (we have a 12 month expiry)
4. How many points expired during the 12 month period
