Requirement: Date Picker option for Webstore checkout for customers wanting to pick up ordered items as a form of Click and Collect scheduling.

Reason: We have a combined retail and cafe outlet. When the cafe is busy we need to be able to regulate customers in the store for COVID restrictions. If customers are ordering products online for pick-up, we need to provide a pick-up date selection so that if the cafe is fully booked during that day we can communicate with the customer to set expectations or manage uplift times.
