Improve activity, awareness and votes in Ideas Support Hub.
To get more traction and visits to the ideas page (apart from being told to post your idea when support can't help, as that's usually the only time people visit this place....)
For new ideas that are posted, it should create a pop up in everyone's Neto Control Panel, and therefor making others aware of a newly added idea. They can then click to jump in and read/vote if its something that relates to them. PLUS of course not having to re-login to the support page, it should have you logged in already.
Then also have Neto's response - whether is possible, in the works, cannot be added etc. Maybe a review date that Neto adheres too, so we can see that Neto is actively going back to these ideas, and responding with some form of update.
Seems otherwise ideas posted are not attended/read by Neto, and if no other neto users log in randomly to post their idea it just sits there. Neto should have some form of response, can say if its on a road map, and when it would potentially be implemented. Maybe say if idea is already been raised, and combine them etc.
Plus follow up, say if an Idea is planned to be implemented, but has been held back, keep up the communication or else no one will bother providing handy ideas that will make Neto great. The ideas should be golden for Neto, and you can increase the amount of ideas with a hub of activity....
