There's no easy way for CSOs to see at a glance whether an RMA has been processed against an order line leading to the following problems:

1. RMAs can be processed twice on the same order line when the line has already been fully credited
2. RMAs can be overprocessed on an order line when the order line has been previously partially credited
3. Delivery docket prints the original quantity, not the revised quantity, leading to overshipment of goods
