Many customers don't understand when selecting Afterpay at checkout that they must not select another payment method below - they need to click Continue to Payment to then be directed away to Afterpay. If they are first time Afterpay clients, they don't have experience with the process and they assume they should click Afterpay, and that they should then select their card below. They don't realise that this negates their Afterpay selection and just charges their CC in full. Can Neto please edit the instructions box to make this clearer? I can't see a way to do it on my end and it's really frustrating to have customers calling us with complaints because they don't understand why their card was charged in full. It makes us seem shonky!
