We have payment reminder emails that automatically go out on overdue accounts. We would like to be able to see these emails in the contact log on the customer card so that we can see at a glance what has happened when a customer calls.
The alternative is to trawl through our email inbox to find a copy of the email, and it takes too long to do that when you have a customer on the phone.
