?My status wish, DISPATCHED NOT PAID would be for wholesale orders, and would save us from using HOLD for this purpose. Currently it's necessary to DISPATCH and then move the order back to HOLD, then DISPATCH again once payment is received.

? Next: There are some orders that you don't want to trigger a DISPATCHED/tracking email when finalising. An example is when an order is picked up in store, or hand delivered, or when it's an electronic product such as a gift voucher.
Currently an email is triggered by marking an order as DISPATCHED (if you have that setting on), and I believe the REVIEW (follow up) emails are also triggered/set up here.
?Dispatched/completed orders should all go to the same "status" list, however the difference will be in the actions each triggers: DISPATCHED will trigger the tracking and follow-up emails, and COMPLETED will just move the order out of any other status, with possible option for a follow up/review email trigger.
