Fixed an issue with the My Account page where payment methods with a minimum spend were not showing regardless of whether the minimum spend was met.
Fixed an issue with the Order/Invoice print doc where the payment method details were not shown in the Payment Options section if there was a minimum spend set on the payment method.
Fixed an issue with MYOB export where MYOB: Error 100 Required: TaxCode is required BuyingDetails.TaxCode error when ‘Item is Bought’ is not selected for the product.

DEPRECATIONS

Removed the getApiAccessRules function for eBay API where the incorrect rate limit as being used.
