The Maropost team are aware of several ongoing incidents currently occurring with Commerce Cloud. These incidents are listed on the Maropost Commerce Cloud Status page (click here). We are currently working on providing permanent resolutions to these issues. Click on the links below to view details for that incident.
The incident with Purchase Orders has impacted users from receiving Purchase Orders, and as a result, not updating the stock levels or making the stock available for sale.
While we work on a solution, we ask that Merchants instead receive their stock using the Stock Adjustment feature (click here). The stock adjustment records and updates stock levels similar to when receiving a Purchase Order.
Once the incident is resolved, you can then easily reverse the original stock adjustment with another stock adjustment to remove the stock you added, then process the purchase orders as you would normally.
The stock will be automatically adjusted from the receipt of the purchase order, and any expenses will be allocated as expected, with the correct transactions applied to any integrated accounting you may have (e.g. Xero, MYOB, etc.).
