I'd like to be able to have a couple more order status that we can customise with our own labels. That way we can sort out and group orders more effectively.
Yes to this - and without any change to the status of orderlines when the order is moved to these statuses! This would be particularly helpful during high volume sale periods like Black Friday. We'd love to be able to have another couple of order statuses that we can "file" orders that are lower priority while they're waiting to be processed by our warehouse team. We've tried doing it using "Backorder Approved" and "Backorder New" for temporary holding. That works really well for our internal processes but then our customers complain that their item is on Backorder (it's not really - we simply needed somewhere else to separate those orders from the orders in Pack without changing the Pick status on the orderlines).
This is a must have! We are a clothing company and would love to have a status called "Out For Embroidery" or " At Decorator" . This will allow us to become a lot more organised!

Thought this was basically going to happen with new version of NETO before Maropost bought it. What happened to that? Missed on a lot of improvements that were already scheduled in that update years ago...
