Edit purchase order after receipt or undo receipt

I've made the mistake of marking an order as received without going through and adjusting the actual items received or adjusting the price. As it stands there's no way to undo it short of lots of stock adjustments. The ability to change or undo the receipt would be helpful, as would perhaps a confirmation step to make this less likely to happen.

We absolutely need this feature too. Please allow purchase orders and inventory adjustments to be edited or deleted!
