If NETO is serious about helping us to increase our sales, we need a robust refer-a-friend program that is automated and easy to use for customers. E.g. Customer receives a personalised link for social/email/text that can be used to send to their friends. If their friend purchases using their code/link, both customers receive their reward automatically to their account. E.g. $10 for you, $10 for your friend.
Refer-a-Friend programs are a cost effective way to increase sales when you have a base of loyal repeat clients. This would be a game changer for NETO customers.
This program should link with email apps that NETO are currently associated with to enable follow up emails to be automated too.
