Neto POS needs to be more flexible with laybys. The following things commonly occur and cannot be easily accomplished with Neto:
- Customer adds additional items to a layby.
- Customer removes individual items from a layby.
- Layby fee is reversed for completing layby on time.
- Layby cancellation fee is charged when a layby is cancelled.
In Vend, all of these steps are simple one click options. In Neto they are a nightmare.
