Currently there is a software restriction that limits the number of characters in an email field to 50. We have customers with email addresses longer than 50 characters and as a result, they do not receive any of the platform's automated emails when they place an order, i.e. Tax Invoice, Dispatch Notification etc. Instead they all bounce back.
