Webhooks for Delivery and Email engagement events

As a Marketer who relies on data to make business decisions, and who uses multiple systems and platforms to house this data, I have a need to easily get data out of Maropost when I need it.

While currently Maropost offers webhooks for contact's custom field changes at account level, and list level webhooks for custom field changes and subscription statuses, and while there are ways through Journeys to make HTTP post for opens and clicks, these don't satisfy the data export requirements (like bounces, complaints, spam reports, DNM addition etc)

API allows for getting this data out, but forces customers to develop and host these solutions. Other providers make this easy for customers via webhooks for these events.

I think a good idea for the DNM/Brand DNM lists would be add support for an HTTP POST webhook URL, where any new contacts added to the DNM or Brand DNM would trigger a post of a JSON object, which includes the contact details (at basic email address and timestamp..and for brand DNM webhook include the brand name) to the URL provided.

 

Each of the Brand DNM and Global DNM would need to have their own webhook URL field
