I would like to get an average open rate and an average click rate per contact of my list. This data does already exist (read https://support.maropost.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042519413-View-a-Contact-Overview) but we can't export it.
In the menu AUDIENCE click on "Contacts".
Click on the icon "View contact" to open the contact list from which you need to get an average open and click rate per contact.
Then you can see a table with email, first name, last name, created at, updated at, status, click rate and open rate.
When you click on "Export Contacts" to get the data, you are unfortunately not able to export these 2 KPIs even if you can display them. Copy-paste the data is not a solution.
