Add JWT in DNM postbacks

Currently, clients can leverage JWT in Journeys . It would be great to have this functionality included in DNM(Account>>DNM>>POST URL) post backs as well.

Being able to trigger a Journey when a contact is added to DNM could also work.

Agree that a webhook is helpful when a contact is added to the DNM list.

@javier -- Can you give me an example of why you'd want to trigger a Journey? Journeys are used for sending triggered emails to contacts. By definition, a contact in the DNM list is unmailable.
