As a Marketer, the device that my audience is opening up my email messages on is important to understand the experience they are having when digesting that messaging.
An experience on Desktop is different than experience on Tablet, which is different than the experience on a mobile phone.
Currently I have the ability to segment Opens on a criteria of 'platform', which covers the above 3 general devices, but there are further nuances within each category that I would like to market to, and the best way to determine those device details is the User Agent of the browser that performed the 'open'
I would like to be able to choose 'Browser' as a criteria for Opens, and then use a text field to drive the segment, which would search the user agents of the open events for the matching text.
That text field should support comma separated values, and should also support the 'contains' logic, in addition to the other matching options (Example: Is equal to, starts with, ends with, is in etc)
A use case that this would help with, is if I want to target a segment of Android Users, or Apple users, or Windows users etc for specific campaigns and this also provides a way to gain further insights about the audience for reporting purposes
