As a marketer, an amazing way to build a relationship with your audience is to send them messaging on their birthday should those users provide their birth date.
While today, segment rules seem to allow for exact date matching, but there is no way to match a month/day of a date in the past.
Example.
Contact has a date of birth of 06/07/1975(dd/mm/yyyy) stored in a custom field, and so we'd need a segment to match 06/07(dd/mm).
Criteria could be something like
Contact Information>Custom Field X (datetime)>month/day>this day
