Time zone optimization since iOS 15 has become irrelevant due to inherent inaccuracy of data. We have observed that for many of our clients, 70% and above of all email opens (the source of time zone estimation) are from proxy data centers. Many of those data centers are located in time zones outside of where we estimate the recipient to be.
