This request from a technical perspective is low-hanging fruit. However, there is a reason why file exports are packaged in compressed format. Small ESPs whose users have email lists will less than 100,000 subscribers are the ones that handle CSV-formatted files for import. However, Maropost clients have lists with subscribers in the millions. Exporting uncompressed files will quickly consume the allotted disk space. For this feature request to be approved for the roadmap, we will need to evaluate the disk space consumed by the sum of Maropost's clients.
