Ability to process lay-by payments from POS
When processing lay-by payments on the POS you are directed to the control panel which has a lot of detail which is unnecessary for sales staff and quite confusing when they are used to only seeing the POS interface. The payments do not go through the normal process of payment on the till leaving room for human error (I.e will they forget to take the payment as the payment commands are different). The payments are not included in the end of day when balancing the till which again lends itself to human error in the balancing process.
