If you bring up the list of campaigns under "Analysis/Campaign Reports", he can click on the bounce number to see the bounce report and then export it into Excel and do a filter on the Diagnostic column and search for Cloudmark, but we do have what you are suggesting is supposed to be implemented in the next sprint, so it will help with what you want.

yes, am able to do this. as you know, my request is more of a UI and workflow request rather than base functionality missing. which it isn't.
