* The method 'updated_at' looks at the list subscription of the contact
* We need a new method which looks at the updated_at timestamp for the contact record (PFA the screenshot where I've highlighted the timestamp I'm referring to).
* The goal is for the client to use this new method in conjunction with 'sort_by' to only pull contact records from a list which are recently updated
