- Helped them to remove the TAJ POS, as it still in use since 20th Jan, now they are able to log in back.
- Informed how they can use bulk packs, and how the dispatch and consignment are co-related
- Also helped them to navigate to the Dispatch docket template, where they can edit the customer # and remove the SKU description to be shown on the consignment label.
